Terms and Condition :

By placing an order on this site, the buyer must agree full compliance to this terms and condition set fort by the easycell.ca .   EasyCell reserves the right to take any legal action against the buyer if this terms and policy is violated in due course.

General Processing Information :
Pursuant to general online selling terms and conditions, seller EasyCell has seven business days to complete the transactions after we received the payment.  The seller EasyCell has the right to take up to seven business days to process any incoming order.  Orders received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT – 5:00) will start processing on the next business day.  Normal processing time for an order is taken within 24-48 hours after a full compliance payment is received by EasyCell.  For compliance payment detail, please refer to our payment method section in this auction. 

Toronto Local sales in Canada will be charged GST (7%) + PST(8%) , but we don't charge buyers Ontario taxes if the order is placed online directly to our Hong Kong major warehouse , However, buyers  will respond for any brokerage fee, VAT, import duties and equivalent arise for the sales transaction.

Upon payment received by the seller, all sales are final.  No refund or Exchange will be issued.  For defective items replacement and repair, please refer to our Limited Warranty Coverage and Return Policy sections.

 

 

Shipping Policy :
Items might or might not be shipped from Toronto due to our inventory allocation arrangement.  Buyers should confirm the shipping origin location with EasyCell if they have any questions and concerns regarding on this matter.

The seller  EasyCell liability on shipment ends once the courier service takes custody of the item.  This simply means that EasyCell liability on each shipment ceases at the point of drop off or hand over to the courier service.  If the item is lost from this point afterwards, the seller EasyCell will not take any responsibilityShipment does not come with any standard insurance unless special requests.  Shipping insurance option is available for buyers; please email us regarding shipping insurance quotation for your location.

 

Product Compatibility/Specification/Color Choices : 
Easycell does not respond for any network dependent features and firmware related issue.  Examples on network dependent features are MMS/GPRS/WAP/SMS/Messaging/Voice Mail Indicator/ Data Transfer/Network Frequency as well as any other device operations that have interaction with their service providers.  Buyers are responsible for ensuring the products compatibility with their network operator / service provider.

Any operation features on the product which is not listed above will be determined by the seller, EasyCell whether it is a network dependent feature.  The seller, EasyCell has the right to make the final decision on whether a feature is considered network dependent or not.  The seller, EasyCell has the right to make the final decision on whether an issue is firmware related or not.  Buyer should be aware that network dependent features and firmware issues are not covered by our limited warranty coverage.  Please refer to our limited warranty coverage section for details. 

Buyer should also be aware that the item you are buying might not be manufacture intended for your country or region.  Therefore, the language specification on the device and manual might or might not fully support the language of your desire.  In the event that an English manual is not available in the particular version that we shipped out, EasyCell do not have the obligation to provide a copy of an English manual to the buyer.  However, we do try our best to provide printed English manual in most cases.

Since the product auctioned off might not be manufacture intended for your country or region, therefore the product configuration and the related accessories might not be suitable or compatible in your country or region.  EasyCell will not be responsible for any compatibility of the product and its accessories in your region or country.

Language version, firmware version and color are shipped at a random basis unless prior arrangement is made by the buyer. Buyer should put down all their requests on their payment and follow up with an email after payment is made.  Once item is shipped, no exchange will be granted on language version, firmware version and color choices. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their email reaches the seller.  For mobile phone purchases, the keypad will support both alphabetic and numeric character.  However, some versions or models possess additional language characters.  These could be in Chinese, Arabic, or some other languages.  Unless the buyer has specified their preference in their payment, otherwise EasyCell ship it at a random basis.

 

Limited Warranty Coverage and No Lemon Policy:
All phones that we are selling carried a seven days 7 days DOA and 1 year Manufacture warranty, simply send us an mail to our RMA department for all warranty concern rma@easycell.ca . We are located in the Toronto Markham, therefore customers in the GTA have fastest service. International buyers must pay for any additional shipping. All accessories including Bluetooth Headets is not covered by the warranty.

DOA - Dead on Arrival implies that the product either cannot be turned on or be ready in use after taking out from the box.  Buyer must report this situation to the seller within 48 hours upon the item is delivered.  If the item is not tested or examined by the buyer within the first 48 hours after the good is received, DOA returned policy would not be granted to the buyer.  No further exception will be considered about the time issue.  The 48 hours period starts at the item shows delivered from the courier services tracking system. Replacement will be made on DOA item.  In the event that a replacement cannot be made due to product availability or any other reasons, EasyCell will repair the product for the buyer. A repair order may take up to 14 business days starting from the day when EasyCell received the defective unit.  The seller, EasyCell has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.

Each product is undertaking by one year limited warranty repair coverage.  Intermittent issues on the product will not be covered under our limited warranty policy.  The fault that described by the buyer MUST not be an intermittent problem; it must be a permanent fault that can be easily identified on every usage or access on that feature.  The seller, EasyCell has the right to make the final decision on whether the issue pointed out is considered permanent defects or not.  The seller, EasyCell has the right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation. 

Neither network dependent features nor firmware related issues will be covered by our limited warranty repair coverage, regardless the problem is permanent or not.  Please refer to our product compatibility section regarding on the description of network dependent features.  The seller EasyCell has the right to determine whether the issue pointed out by the buyers is considered a network dependent feature or not.  The seller, EasyCell has the right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.

Under any circumstances, the seller, EasyCell reserves the final rights to approve any DOA replacement or a warranty coverage repair.  The seller, EasyCell also has the right to make the final decision on whether the issue pointed out by the buyer is consider a defect or not.  In the event that a replacement or repair is not granted to the buyer, the buyer will have to find their own repair source and is responsible for all the related cost and expenses.

The repair process by EasyCell usually takes 2 to 4 weeks upon received from the buyer. However, there is no guarantee on the time frame.

 

Return Policy :
All return product is subject to the approval by the seller.  Returned items without an approval RMA ( Return Material  Authorization) number from the seller will not be processed.  Any shipping and handling expenses result on those returns without approval will be responsible by the buyer.  Legal action will be taken if buyer refused to be responsible on these charges along with the cost of any legal expenses occurred. 

Upon receiving the potential defective item from the buyer, the seller will examine and test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer.  Unless the seller can reproduce the same fault indicated by the buyer, otherwise the return will not be accepted. All return shipment from EasyCell will be via ground shipping method or the equivalent  subject to be determined by EasyCell. 

In the event of returning the product, buyer is fully responsible for the products safety return to us.  Item must be received within 7 days after the issue of RMA.  The return merchandize should include the RMA number that was issued by the seller , EasyCell, buyers full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and the reason for return.  All accessories and manual must also be included inside the package as it was originally received by the buyer.  Return merchandize should be double boxed and well packed.  Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will not be accepted.  Any unidentified return which is aged over 14 days, EasyCell will have the right to dispose such item without notifying the buyer.  No replacement will be issued on those unidentified return once it has been disposed.  Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  The standard replacement shipping by EasyCell will be ground shipping or the equivalent subject to be determined by EasyCell. 

 

Sellers Liability :
The seller, EasyCell will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage caused by the product auctioned off above.  For safety handling and operation on the product, please consult instruction manual comes along or contact manufacture directly.  Any recall on product by manufacture will not be handled through the seller EasyCellBuyers should contact the manufacturer directly for any related questions or inquiries. 

EasyCell do not have any obligations in providing any technical support on the auctioned product. Please contact the manufacturer or your service provider directly for technical and product assistance.
